Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a skilled Repair Technician: Roofing & Masonry to join their growing team.
As a technician, you will travel to residential job sites in a company-provided vehicle to inspect roofing and masonry systems, diagnose problems, and complete high-quality repairs that exceed customer expectations.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Evaluating roof and masonry conditions
- Performing repairs safely while working on ladders and at heights
- Documenting completed work
- Ensuring every job meets company quality standards
Qualified candidates should have 1–2 years of roofing experience, 1–2 years of masonry experience, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, strong communication skills, and the ability to successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
This physically demanding technician position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders to assess repair needs, traveling between local job sites, working overtime when necessary, and being available to work two Saturdays per month during peak season.
Benefits and compensation include:
- Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k
