Physical Therapist

Duly Health and Care is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join their outpatient rehabilitation team in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will be able to provide individualised, one-on-one care to patients.

The schedule is part-time, Monday-Friday, with two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. The last patient is scheduled at 6:00 PM.

The compensation package includes:

• Base salary: $77,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license
