Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience while representing a company known for integrity and long-term relationships.
You will conduct on-site roof inspections and assessments, meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions, guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism, build trust through consistent and reliable customer service, manage appointments and follow up to ensure strong customer service outcomes, and maintain a high level of communication and organization.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to climb ladders and work at heights, a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen, strong communication skills and commitment to customer service, and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment.
