Join M&S as a Christmas Operations Assistant in our Food section, working part-time hours with potential for full-time hours during peak periods. You'll provide exceptional customer service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering five-star service at pace in a high-pressure environment
- Confidently recommending and selling new food products
- Utilizing digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices
- Contributing to a positive team environment
- Adapting to changing demands and working across various store areas
Flexible working hours include:
- Tuesday 20:00-00:00
- Wednesday 20:00-00:00
- Saturday 15:00-19:00
- Potential for full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
