Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC) is the in-house management consulting arm of Deutsche Bank. We act as independent advisors to senior management and take responsibility for the bank's long-term success.
As an Analyst, you will independently handle defined work packages within workstreams and support the project in addressing strategic and transformative issues. You will conduct analyses and actively utilise digital and AI-based solutions in the project context.
Your main areas of focus:
- Support workstreams in strategy and transformation projects through analysis, research, and preparation of content
- Contribute to the development of structured and robust decision-making materials, derive clear options for action, and present them to our internal clients
- Support the steering of decision-making processes and work closely with internal clients
- Actively utilise digital and AI-based solutions in the project context and bring in innovative approaches
Your profile:
- Very good degree (Bachelor or Master's) - we welcome applications from all disciplines
- Initial practical experience in management consulting or similar role, ideally in a financial services environment
- Experience in an international environment, e.g. through studies, internships, or professional activities abroad
- Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with CoPilot or similar AI-based tools
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured way of working
- Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
- High level of personal responsibility, pronounced team orientation, and high personal performance expectations
