Materials Associate

Anduril Industries is seeking a Materials Associate to join its rapidly growing team in Quonset, RI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production and business growth through material management and inventory flow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing shipping and receiving at Quincy, MA and/or Quonset, RI locations as needed
• Preparing finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product
• Preparing documentation for outbound shipments, including Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice as required
• Ensuring accurate material movement across sites
• Maintaining orderly production and distribution of products
• Completing cycle counts with a focus on reconciliation of discrepancies
• Conducting warehouse activities with safety and inventory accuracy as top priorities
• Maintaining inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items
• Couriering inventory between Anduril's sites in Quincy, MA and Quonset, RI
• Expediting flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience as a warehouse associate or equivalent role
• Valid driver's license
• 1+ year of forklift experience, with forklift certification preferred
• Familiarity with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems and/or other warehouse management systems and inventory control tooling
• Familiarity with Inventory Management through lot/serial/batch tracking
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
