Privacy Compliance Consultant

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a Privacy Compliance Consultant to safeguard organisational data and ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will develop and implement effective data privacy frameworks, policies, and procedures, and provide guidance and support in conducting Privacy Impact Assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and updating privacy-related policies and standards
• Conducting gap analysis of new and amended regulations
• Identifying priorities and emerging risks
• Providing expert advice as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Business Units and senior management
• Supporting the development and implementation of data protection standards
• Conducting trainings and creating comprehensive training modules related to data privacy

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data privacy and security, and be able to build a culture of data privacy within the organisation.
