Description
Leidos is seeking a Senior Industrial Security Representative/FSO to support the Air Force Cloud 1 ACSS contract in Concord, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding industrial installations, resources, materials, tools, and information essential to the organisation's operations.
The Senior Industrial Security Representative/FSO will protect and manage classified information and equipment developed by, or entrusted to, the organisation, requiring in-depth understanding of security policies, procedures, and oversight requirements for the proper classification, access, handling, storage, and destruction of classified or sensitive material.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and analysing programs ensuring adherence to federal laws, regulations, and directives for classification management
- Managing clearance prescreening, verification, and maintenance, including upgrades or downgrades, crossovers of existing clearances, continuous vetting, and periodic reinvestigations at all clearance levels
- Coordinating foreign visitor and facility access, special and restricted access programs, briefing and debriefing individuals on requirements and responsibilities of privileged access to sensitive programs
- Implementing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met
- Providing security management and implementation of security policies and procedures within the facility
The Senior Industrial Security Representative/FSO will work under the guidance of the Leidos, Military Services Solutions Business Area Security Manager and FSO Security Manager in the application of Leidos security standards and practices to existing government facilities identified by the contract.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years of prior relevant experience
- Prior experience as a Facility Security Officer and/or CPSO
- FSO training certificate for possessing facilities from DCSA
- Through working knowledge of the NISPOM, Air Force and other relevant DoD security guidance as well as the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards
- Active Top Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience establishing/managing construction of secure space per DCSA requirements
- Experience developing and implementing OPSEC plans
- Knowledge of Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems
- Experience conducting Security incident inquiries
Salary Range: $82,550.00 - $149,225.00
