Production Support Technician

We are seeking a Production Support Technician to join our QA Testing Services team at our Gurugram studio.

As a Production Support Technician, you will be responsible for setting up workstations, maintaining inventory sheets, and providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain workstations, hardware, and equipment
• Diagnose and treat broken equipment
• Deploy and update builds, firmware, OS, and images to platforms, PCs, and mobile devices
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise
• Maintain technical documents and records
• Assist with floor planning and hardware allocation

Requirements:

• Entry-level position with 0-6 months of experience
• Basic to intermediate PC/Windows installation and troubleshooting skills
• Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
• Basic understanding of build installation and troubleshooting on Windows and Mobile
• Willingness to learn platforms other than PC

• Ability to learn and analyze problems
• Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong self-motivation and reliability
