Certified Crane Operator with CDL

Nu-Tec is seeking a Certified Crane Operator with CDL to join its production team.

As a Certified Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a crane and a commercial motor vehicle to transport supplies and materials to designated job sites. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a high level of safety, adhering to traffic laws and regulations, and delivering cargo on time.

Requirements

• Crane Operator Certification is required.
• You need 1-3 years of crane operator experience.
• A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record is necessary.
• Experience as a Class A CDL Truck Driver is preferred, with a minimum of 4 years.
• You must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Passing a drug screen is required.
• A HazMat endorsement is necessary.
• Knowledge of proper loading and load weight distribution techniques is essential.
• You should have excellent knowledge of DOT trucking regulations and procedures.
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle is a requirement.
• Strong communication skills are necessary.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle loading and unloading of cargo and perform occasional lifting and carrying of heavy items are required.
• Attention to detail to accurately complete paperwork and maintain delivery records is crucial.
• Military service is considered a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• The compensation range is $24 hourly and up, dependent upon experience.
• Health, pharmacy, vision, and dental insurance are provided after 90 days.
