AI-Enabled Power BI Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI-Enabled Power BI Developer to lead the migration of enterprise dashboards and analytics solutions from Qlik Sense and Alteryx to Microsoft Power BI.

The ideal candidate will leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate dashboard conversion, automate report development, improve code quality, and modernize reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Migrate Qlik Sense dashboards and Alteryx workflows to Power BI.
• Develop advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and KPIs using complex DAX and Power Query.
• Utilize AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve development productivity and accelerate migration efforts.
• Design scalable data models and optimize reporting performance.
• Implement security, governance, and row-level access controls.
• Support production applications through monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes using Jira and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Intelligence and Analytics development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Power BI
• Qlik Sense
• Alteryx
• SQL Server and/or Oracle
• DAX and Power Query
• Experience with dashboard modernization and migration projects.
• Experience supporting enterprise production reporting applications.
• Strong data modeling, data integration, and performance tuning skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Qlik Sense Architect or Power BI certification.
• Python, Azure, and DevOps experience.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or product development organizations.
