Description

AIA Digital+ is seeking an Assistant Manager, Integrations & Development to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in SAP integrations and custom SAP applications.

About the Role The Integrations & Development subject matter expert (SME) will provide Level 2 support for service requests, incidents, and BAU changes requests, primarily focused on moderate to high complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for SAP integrations and custom SAP applications
  • Monitor integration flows, message processing, APIs, and connectivity services
  • Investigate and resolve integration failures involving SAP and non-SAP applications
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions
  • Support interface deployments, testing, and transport activities across landscapes
  • Maintain integration documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooks
  • Work closely with SAP functional teams, middleware teams, and external vendors to resolve issues
  • Perform ABAP code review of ABAP colleagues (QA check) to ensure programs delivered adhere to AIA programming standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Systems, Engineering, or Business-related degree majoring in computing systems
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP support field mainly SAP Integration Suite and ABAP custom development
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Integration Suite: SOAP, REST APIs, OData services, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, XML, XSLT, JSON, API security and authentication mechanisms
  • Experience with SAP ABAP: ALV, BAPI, IDoc, ALE, Smartforms, SAPScripts, Adobe Form, BAdi, BTE, Enhancement Framework, ABAP Objects, Workflow

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other SAP application/Module (PO/ FICO/ TRM/ ARIBA/ CONCUR)
