GTM Enablement - Product

We’re hiring our first Product Enablement specialist to join the Product & Technical Enablement team. You will help our go-to-market teams get ready for every product launch across Agents, APIs, and Creative.

Your mission is to help sellers understand, demo, and sell each new launch with confidence. You will support our global go-to-market teams and work closely with product marketing and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Support new product launches: get an early heads-up from product marketing, research, and engineering, follow releases from alpha through GA, and have training ready before launch day
• Build launch workshops: go beyond what shipped and why it matters, with hands-on workshops on how to use the product, how to demo it, and how to pitch the value
• Support competitive enablement: turn product marketing battlecards into trainings, simulations, and demo workshops
• Support product certification: help define what “product certified” means for GTM teams, and build the playbooks and training content
• Support everboarding and onboarding: keep training tied to new releases and capabilities
• Craft realistic practice environments: demo certifications, role-play scenarios, and customer simulations with scored feedback
• Operate AI-natively: use ElevenLabs’ own voice and agent technology to build training and practice environments
• Measure what matters: define and track key metrics and use the data to improve each launch

Requirements

• 4-7+ years as an enterprise seller or solutions engineer, or as a seller who moved into product marketing or enablement
• Hands-on experience with agents, APIs, or creative tools
• Experience demoing and pitching technical products to customers
• Track record of teaching, mentoring, or building training
• Comfortable building a program from scratch
• Credibility with sellers, built from time in the seat or supporting sellers directly

Nice to Have

• Experience at a high-growth AI/ML, developer tools, or API-first company
• Background in voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology
• Vertical depth in financial services, healthcare, telecom or CCaaS, or at other AI companies
• Hands-on experience with competing voice and agent platforms
• Experience running workshops or labs for sellers or customers
