The Opportunity: We are seeking experienced software engineers to help us build AI-powered analytics that are constantly evolving, and tackle challenges that define modern finance. Our software engineers have a strong appetite for innovation, new technologies, and AI, and we encourage curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
What We Look For:
- Experienced Software Engineers with expertise in Java, Python, C++, or C#
- Strong experience with CI/CD, unit testing frameworks, and automation in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Curiosity about AI and a strong interest in applying emerging technologies to solve complex software engineering problems
- Prior Financial Services or Big Tech experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and timezones
