As a Welcome Desk Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services, guiding guests through their entire stay, and ensuring that every interaction feels like part of the experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests
- Completing reports and sharing local area highlights with guests
- Maintaining a safe work environment and upholding quality standards
- Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
