Account Sales Manager

The Account Sales Manager (ASM) for Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. primarily performs outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts in Cleveland. The ASM will increase product sales and placement of product displays at all large and small format 'off premise' stores. Responsibilities include managing products and relationships with customer contacts, determining current and ongoing product needs, ensuring Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order, performing outside sales functions, evaluating competitors' activities, meeting monthly sales goals, building and protecting the Red Bull brand, increasing inventory and diversity of products, and maintaining relationships with customer contacts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for sale of Red Bull products at assigned accounts
• Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales
• Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
• Perform outside sales functions
• Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions
• Meet monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account setup, and other merchandising components
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product while setting proper brand flow following Red Bull standards
• Increase inventory and diversity of products at each assigned account and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product
• Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices
• Maintain the relationship with customer contacts at each assigned account

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience in sales, account management, and DSD a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage
