Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Swindon Orbital Retail Park, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued
- Confidently recommending and selling new food products
- Thriving in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive team environment
- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
This is a part-time, frontline role with variable shifts, including Sundays and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
