Physical Therapist I - Outpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist I to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at Atrium Health Cabarrus Gateway in Concord, NC. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to help patients achieve their functional goals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create care plans
• Gather and interpret data from medical records and patient reports
• Establish functional goals with patients and provide interventions
• Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare staff
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Tech/Aides as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Applicable state license for Physical Therapy
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy experience

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced clinical environment
• Varied patient population with orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and aquatic therapy
• Sat rotation required

Salary: $35.50 - $53.25 per hour
