Working as a Style Consultant at Target means being part of a team that delivers an exceptional guest experience through strong operations, visual merchandising, and guest service. You will drive sales, maintain a guest-ready floor pad, and provide an inspiring shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Execute visual standards and promotional signing to drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor pad
- Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest shopping patterns
- Maintain product availability and a full floor pad by executing priority fills and merchandising
- Support guest services, including back-up cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-up
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
Requirements:
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and as a team
