Working Student Demand & Supply Planning

We are seeking a highly motivated Working Student to join our Demand & Supply Planning team in Munich.

As a Working Student in Demand & Supply Planning, you will support the team in various areas, including product portfolio management, demand planning, supply planning, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Demand & Supply Planning team in maintaining and developing the product portfolio
• Assist in structured preparation of product-related information and track product innovations and new introductions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Production Planning, and Logistics
• Gain insights into modern planning tools like SAP, IBP, and BI systems
• Support the translation of demand planning into concrete supply planning activities
• Evaluate relevant KPIs, such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and process quality
• Contribute to the development of existing processes and support operational improvements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders from Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and external partners

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a business-related study program, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a similar field
• Interest in planning processes, data analysis, and operational workflows
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and structured work approach
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with SAP R/3, SAP APO, SAP IBP, or BI tools is beneficial but not required
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
