Description
Logitech is seeking a Compensation Director to lead innovation at the intersection of compensation strategy and emerging AI capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for reimagining how compensation programs are designed, delivered, and scaled in a rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive AI innovation in compensation, identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance compensation planning and decision-making
- Serve as a strategic compensation partner to key business groups, acting as a trusted advisor on compensation strategy, pay decisions, and organizational design
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments, driving alignment across differing perspectives and advocating for new approaches
Qualifications:
- Exceptional and progressive proven HR experience
- Demonstrated ability to challenge conventional thinking and drive innovative solutions to complex issues
- Preferred background in consulting, such as compensation, HR strategy, or total rewards
Location:
- Hybrid role, with location strategy focusing on the metro areas of San Jose, CA and Dallas, TX
Salary:
- Annual salary typically between $175K and $300K, dependent on location and experience
