We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Emerging Talent Recruiting team that will support our Hardware/Software teams.

As a key member of Anduril's recruiting team, you will be responsible for the company's talent management as we continue to rapidly grow. Your work will be hands-on and involve collaborating with leaders and individual contributors to define the hiring needs of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Autonomously: Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
  • Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to continuously improve candidate management and data extraction processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy, guide process improvements, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of university recruiting and trends related to hiring.
  • Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
  • Own and execute pipeline direction, driving results through metrics-based measurement, including sourcing outreach, candidate-driven data, and offer/close rates.
  • Manage the hiring execution to meet goals for multiple teams, effectively communicating objectives and priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
  • Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
  • Ability to travel to execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.

  • Experience in startups, tech, and relevant hardware domains.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Flexible and solution-oriented in troubleshooting routine obstacles.
