VP, Enterprise Risk & Compliance

CoreWeave is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Risk and Compliance to own and shape the Global ERM and Compliance function. The successful candidate will build and deploy frameworks, governance structures, and processes to enable proactive risk management and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the Enterprise Risk team
• Serve as primary point of contact for the Board and Audit Committee on enterprise risk matters
• Develop and operationalize the Enterprise Risk Assessment process
• Design and implement a Key Risk Indicator framework
• Develop the enterprise risk appetite and tolerance framework
• Design and facilitate risk management programs
• Centralize coordination of risk assurance activities
• Partner with IT and business leaders to enable technology-driven risk monitoring and reporting

Preferred qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise risk management or a closely related function
• Prior experience in a VP or equivalent enterprise risk leadership role
• Demonstrated track record of building ERM programs from inception
• Experience at high-growth technology or cloud infrastructure companies
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to boards and C-suite leadership
