Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued
- Confidently recommending and selling new food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment
- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment
- Working across various areas of the store
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. The work pattern is as follows: Week 1: Sunday 12:00-20:00 Monday 14:00-22:00 Tuesday 14:00-22:00 Thursday 14:00-22:00 Friday 14:00-22:00 Week 2: Wednesday 14:00-22:00 Saturday 14:00-22:00
