Quality Designer (Companion App)

Join the EA Sports FC Companion App Quality Verification team as a Quality Designer. You'll lead the strategic quality practices for the mobile and web companion app, ensuring the best experience for players.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end quality strategy for mobile and web
• Collaborate to create solutions to quality problems using an experimental mindset
• Analyse and compile data points to build strategies to improve overall player experience
• Mentor others, promoting a 'Player First' approach and advocating for the player
• Partner with senior members of development, production, and design teams to develop a quality player experience

Requirements:

• Experience leading mobile game play testing
• Experience playing FC, including the Companion App
• 5+ years of applicable experience
• Foundation in machine learning/AI concepts and evaluation
• Experience with bug prevention and containment strategies
• Experience working within a continuous delivery model
• Experience working with React Native a plus
