Description
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Elastic Observability product team, focusing on logs and logs analytics capabilities. You'll help ensure our customers get the best end-to-end full-stack Observability experience for logs collected from monitored applications and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Evolve our logs analytics capabilities, aligning with organisational and company strategy.
- Advance and influence the entire end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
- Build features catering to the modern SRE, such as integrating GenAI and Agentic workflows into the logging experience, automated SLO/SLI tracking from logs, intelligent alerting, and correlating logs, metrics, and traces.
- Collaborate across teams, including Engineering, UX, Design, and others to bring top-notch application monitoring experiences to our users.
- Work with Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
- Track user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution.
Requirements:
- Ideally 3+ years in product management or a closely related area.
- Technical experience in logs analytics.
- Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
- Comfort working with and converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritised solutions, working from the customer backwards.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
- Passion for industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Experience working in a remote, globally distributed work environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of AI is desirable.
