Development Manager - Future Opportunity

Electronic Arts is seeking a Development Manager to oversee QA project planning and execution in their Bogota, Colombia office.

You will work onsite and report to the Development Director, collaborating with development teams, QA peers, and partner groups to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee project schedules, modify priorities, balance scope, timelines, and quality
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams, conduct regular meetings, and communicate project expectations
• Resource Management: Determine and manage resource requirements, handle capacity planning, and track tasks
• People/Talent Management: Manage, mentor, and support QA team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative team environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles in QA and project management
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and bug tracking tools
• Understanding of software development processes
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
