Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Global Consumer Products team at Red Bull. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in planning and executing our global supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Manage production status and strategically handle collections
• Engage with suppliers to ensure up-to-date availability forecasts and address any delays
• Communicate and align availability plans with internal teams and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Analyze performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate transportation from factories and work with forwarders to ensure timely delivery while minimizing costs
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of essential documentation
• Identify and implement strategies for improving costs and service levels
• Coordinate, plan, align, and monitor warehouse forecast and inbound activities
• Address and resolve complaints regarding stock and inbound processes
• Support month- and year-end activities and participate in improvement initiatives
• Define and execute necessary reports and approve transport invoices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Operations (Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Process Management) or a similar field, ideally in an international environment
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP and other systems related to supply chain management is beneficial
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and team player
• Flexibility, strong prioritization, and time management skills
• Analytical way of thinking and reliability
