We're looking for a General Liability Litigation Attorney in Missouri to join our growing practice in St. Louis. As a Trial Attorney, you will handle mostly general liability accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs. Your responsibilities will include trial prep and trial.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day handling of litigation cases
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda
- Guiding clients through the case process
- Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits
- Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Qualifications:
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Missouri, ideally holding an Illinois Bar license as well
- Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
