Valuation Services Assistant

We are seeking a Valuation Services Assistant to assist in the delivery of valuation services. The successful candidate will assist in the execution of valuations in the PRC, including market research, valuation modelling, data analysis, site inspections, report preparation and review.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of valuations in the PRC
• Conduct market research, valuation modelling, data analysis, site inspections, report preparation and review
• Travel on assignments within the PRC
• Assist seniors in business development activities
• Drive the adoption of technology, data analytics, AI tools and valuation modelling techniques
• Support the team with upkeep of internal data library
• Collaborate with team members across Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in real estate, surveying, economics or business-related discipline
• 3+ years working experience, preferably in real estate valuation, advisory, consulting, investment or related fields
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, real estate markets, investment analysis and capital market dynamics
• Proficiency in financial modelling, data analytics and emerging technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Proficiency in MS applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
