Manager, Strategic Intelligence

Electronic Arts is seeking a Manager, Strategic Intelligence to lead high-priority work on major strategy initiatives. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Strategic Intelligence and work independently on multiple concurrent priorities.

The Strategy team shapes EA's long-term direction and helps leadership navigate the entertainment and technology landscape. The Strategic Intelligence team builds a deep understanding of the market and identifies opportunities for EA to capture value.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Strategic Intelligence in central enterprise initiatives and own high-priority projects and workstreams end-to-end
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of the entertainment market, including competitive performance, platform dynamics, monetization models, and consumer behavior
• Identify emerging opportunities in the market that EA is positioned to capture
• Help shape the cadence and sequencing of the intelligence team's output
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear plans of work
• Develop concise, executive-ready materials
• Present directly to senior audiences

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, product management, management consulting, investment banking, or a comparable analytical role
• Exceptional structured problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities across multiple workstreams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical fluency, including advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL
• Comfort and fluency with AI tools
• Passion for interactive entertainment, innovation, and building enduring franchises
