Application Technician Product Management - Label & Packaging Area

We are seeking an Application Technician Product Management - Label & Packaging Area to join our team at FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH in Mannheim, Germany.

As an Application Technician Product Management, you will be strategically responsible for a part of the label and packaging portfolio of FUCHS Lubricants Germany GmbH and the associated processes.

Your main tasks will include:

• Analysing existing label and packaging processes, identifying optimisation potentials, and driving their continuous development along the entire value chain.
• Coordinating and ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for the marketing of labels and packaging.
• Leading internal projects and actively working to improve existing processes and establish new standards.
• Defining, maintaining, and developing master data for labels and packaging to sustainably optimise internal processes and systems.
• Controlling and coordinating external suppliers for labels and packaging in close cooperation with purchasing.
• Developing, documenting, and presenting standards for the company-wide handling of labels and packaging and ensuring their sustainable implementation.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A successfully completed technical or business studies or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the label or packaging industry.
• Very good IT knowledge and willingness to work data- and system-based.
• A pronounced understanding of complex processes and the claim to develop them efficiently and sustainably.
• Structured, team-oriented, and communication-strong working style and appreciation for cooperation with different interfaces such as purchasing, production, product management, product safety, sales, and logistics.
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• Your safe appearance and presentation and communication skills enable you to deal professionally with internal and external contacts.
