Sr. Performance Solutions Partner

Pinterest is looking for a Sr. Performance Solutions Partner to enable advertisers and sellers to drive success on the platform.

The Sr. Performance Solutions Partner will closely partner with cross-functional leadership in sales, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Become an expert at Pinterest campaign best practices and ads manager
• Be the technical contact for sales to help activate lower funnel campaigns
• Enable and mobilize sellers to pitch new performance products
• Analyze large amounts of ads manager and/or client MSOT data
• Be the performance guru to support pre-GA performance products
• Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format
• Lead and/or participate in global SME working groups
• Provide strategic thought leadership to top-tier clients
• Identify key issues facing clients and advertisers, and develop proposed solutions
• Work with your region to adapt best practices
• Apply AI assistants to structure complex performance questions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience within digital marketing, ad tech, and ad operations
• 3+ years of both client-facing and hands-on experience in platform relating to ad tech, ad ops, and/or campaign management
• 3+ years in performance marketing
• Experience selling performance products and/or getting in-house buy-in
• Experience with tagging and tracking QA and support
• Expertise in digital advertising and media sales
• Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies
• Working knowledge of API implementation and benefits
• Expert knowledge of web analytics and e-commerce strategies
• A structured and detail-oriented thinker
• Strong communication skills
• An individual that thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Curiosity and openness to experimenting with new AI tools and workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience
