As a Recruiting Intern, you will play a crucial role in helping Jeeves find top talent. You will:
- Hunt for candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and university networks
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates, ensuring that no strong candidate falls through the cracks
- Reach out to candidates, answer their questions, and provide a positive experience throughout the interview process
- Schedule interviews, track progress, and analyze recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with the People Team to create effective job postings and employer branding materials
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be currently studying, recently graduated, or making a career switch
- Be based in Mexico City, Bogotá, or São Paulo, with the ability to work on a hybrid schedule
- Be fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese being a plus
- Have experience with AI tools and be comfortable using technology to streamline processes
- Possess strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages
- Be organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, or sourcing tools
- Experience in student organizations, university career centers, or clubs where you recruited people
- A personal project or initiative that required building a community or convincing others to participate
