Senior Core Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Core Software Engineer to join our team at Motive Studio in Montreal. As a Senior Core Software Engineer, you will be responsible for writing high-quality and maintainable code in C++. You will work closely with the technical lead to ensure the adoption of new technology and continuous improvement of our workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality and maintainable code in C++
• Optimize for CPU performance and memory usage
• Debug difficult bugs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Lead by example and mentor junior engineers

Requirements:

• Experience with C++
• Experience with optimizing for CPU performance and memory usage
• Experience with low-level programming
• Experience debugging difficult bugs
• Strong communication skills
