Senior Wealth Product Expert Manager - Investment

International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.

The Senior Wealth Product Expert Manager - Investment role focuses on implementing investment product/sales strategies in the assigned area.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive investment sales activities to achieve agreed KPI objectives
• Enhance PRM investment professionalism and productivity through training, coaching, joint calls, seminars, and other communication activities
• Collaborate with front-line staff to fulfil their needs and transfer professional skills to PRM/RMs for balanced growth

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• Over 10 years of related experience
• Proven track record in investment and product knowledge
• Experience in at least two of the following areas: sales, financial consulting, investment research, investment products in the wealth management industry
• Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills
• Ability to deliver high standards of service to colleagues and customers

License/Qualification Requirements:

• Prerequisite: 信託業務人員 、投信投顧業務員、結構型商品銷售人員、金融市場常識與職業道德
• To be obtained within 3 months: 人身保險業務員、人身保險業務員銷售外幣收付非投資型保險商品
