On Premise Executive (Musketeer)

We are seeking an On Premise Executive, also known as a Musketeer, to join our team in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. As a Musketeer, you will be the face of Red Bull in the On Premise world, building strong relationships with key players in the local scene, creating new opportunities, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with like-minded individuals in strategic hotels, including concierges, bar managers, beverage directors, and F&B directors.
• Represent the Red Bull brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of the hospitality environment.
• Develop and protect On Premise accounts in your assigned territory, analyzing the territory and specific business of each account to identify opportunities and drive distribution.
• Negotiate and execute activations, seeking proactive opportunities to implement creative elements that drive the Red Bull image and compensate for investment.
• Identify and execute experiential and creative opportunities, including corporate conferences and weddings throughout the year.
• Manage your local On Premise budget and ensure compliance with international and national guidelines.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of the On Premise market and local scene, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with and influence different audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high motivation, and proactivity, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and high-energy environment.
• Valid driver's license and availability to drive as part of the role.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
