Join our Global Data Insight & Analytics team as a Data Scientist and use your data expertise and analytical skills to drive evidence-based, timely decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of a suite of GenAI applications in support of the global marketing organization.
• Architect and integrate complex novel data science algorithms into the fabric of these end-user applications.
• Ensure application performance and adhere to enterprise compliance and best practice development standards.
• Mentor junior data scientists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science and Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• 4 years of experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL skills.
• 4 years of experience with data science libraries and frameworks (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Pandas).
• 4 years of experience with advanced statistical modeling, machine learning techniques (regression, classification, forecasting, causal inference).
• 4 years of experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure), including building data processing pipelines (Spark, Dataflow) and utilizing managed machine learning services.
• 4 years of experience with A/B testing design, implementation, and analysis, as well as experimental design methodologies.
• 4 years of experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, versioning, and automated monitoring in production environments.
• 3 years of experience with GenAI and machine learning.
