Finance Controller

We are seeking a Finance Controller to oversee and improve our financial operations. As a hands-on leadership role, you will report directly to our Director of Finance and support them in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Own the daily cash cycle across all entities
• Oversee and manage high-volume USD revenue flows
• Ensure seamless daily funding of corporate cards
• Build a live cash visibility system
• Lead the transition of payment infrastructure
• Automate and systematize financial processes
• Manage external bookkeeping partners
• Deliver executive-ready reporting

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or senior finance execution
• Direct experience operating in high-volume, high-transaction-count environments
• Demonstrated systems-first approach to problem-solving
• Experience leading or overseeing finance operations teams
• Strong working knowledge of Xero, Wise, Whop, and corporate card platforms
