Description
We are seeking a Legal Manager to oversee legal affairs for Ninja Van's China operations and cross-border business. You will work closely with the regional legal team and report to the Group Regional Legal Director and Group CFO.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and feasible
- Provide legal guidance on export and customs regulations, and handle related issues
- Manage company licenses and documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement risk management systems and processes
- Conduct internal legal training and provide comprehensive legal advice to business units
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from China or a common law jurisdiction
- 5+ years of experience in corporate law or a combination of law firm and corporate law experience
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, company law, and logistics-related laws
- Excellent Chinese and English communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Benefits:
- Salary: ¥18,000 - ¥26,000 per month
