Producer (Apex Legends)

We are seeking an experienced Legends Producer to join the Apex Legends team at Respawn Entertainment, a studio within Electronic Arts. As a Legends Producer, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of playable characters.

Responsibilities:

• Own the production planning and execution for the entire Legend development pipeline
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate dependencies, schedules, reviews, and content delivery milestones
• Drive the end-to-end development process for new Legends
• Collaborate with creative and technical leads to ensure the vision for each Legend is maintained
• Identify production risks and drive solutions to keep development on track
• Develop and maintain production tracking tools, schedules, and reporting mechanisms
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements:

• 3+ years of production experience in AAA game development
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional dependencies
• Experience in a live service environment
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
• Experience tracking a large volume of assets and complex feature sets
• Passion for character-driven games and player experience
