Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Corsair's Valley Fair Mall store, you'll be the heartbeat of our customer experience. This in-person role involves connecting with people, driving sales through relational selling, and sharing your enthusiasm for gaming and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming customers with a friendly attitude, listening to their needs, and offering personalized solutions.
• Excel in relational selling, building trust with customers by understanding their preferences, recommending suitable Corsair products, and creating lasting connections.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, becoming an expert on Corsair's product lineup, including features, benefits, and specifications.
• Engage customers with hands-on product demonstrations, highlighting the performance and value of Corsair gear.
• Drive sales success by actively contributing to sales goals, closing deals, upselling accessories, and cross-selling complementary products.
• Maintain an inviting, organized sales floor that reflects Corsair's commitment to quality, while bringing positivity and passion to every interaction.
• Collaborate with fellow associates and store leadership to share ideas, support daily operations, and create a fun, dynamic team environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills to engage customers and build relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven retail setting.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and light lifting.
• Passion for gaming, technology, and the Corsair brand.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Familiarity with gaming/tech products is a plus.
