WSP's Power & Energy team is playing a pivotal role in Australia's energy transition, delivering some of the nation's most significant transmission, distribution, renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects.
We are seeking talented professionals across multiple disciplines and experience levels, from emerging professionals through to Junior and Principal positions, to join our Transmission & Distribution team across Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.
Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will be working on nationally significant energy infrastructure projects. You will need:
- A degree in Electrical, Civil or related Engineering discipline
- Experience within transmission, distribution, utilities, renewables, power generation or major infrastructure projects
- CPEng, RPEQ or progress toward professional accreditation (highly regarded)
- Strong technical knowledge within power systems, substations, transmission lines, grid connections, protection & control, or network infrastructure
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Commercial awareness and project delivery experience
- A proactive approach to problem solving and risk management
- A passion for innovation, sustainability and delivering positive outcomes for communities
