Advanced Data Analyst - EA Sports FC Live

We are seeking an Advanced Data Analyst to join our FC Data & Analytics team, focusing on forecasting and performance modelling for FC's live service business. As part of a growing team, you will provide data and insights on player behaviour and live content performance within the FC franchise.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the forecasting framework for performance measurement, planning, and strategic decision-making across FC's live service business.
• Employ financial modelling techniques, time series analysis, and knowledge of their use cases.
• Create a robust model projecting live service funnel metrics, incorporating player behaviour, in-game content, and macroeconomic trends.
• Collaborate with partners to align on projections and update the business on live service performance impacts.
• Establish scalable forecasting processes.
• Lead presentations to senior and executive level management.
• Run risk and opportunity scenarios based on live content plans.
• Mentor and collaborate with other analysts.

Requirements:

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or similar).
• 7+ years of experience in a data-driven role.
• 4+ years of experience developing financial/product performance projections and forecasts.
• Strong experience in statistical and/or time series modelling.
• Expertise in SQL and working with large-scale datasets.
• Proficient in analyzing large datasets using programmatic tools (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Comfortable presenting analysis in an executive-facing environment.
