We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury's High Wycombe store. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating expert artistry skills, and promoting our products to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting emotional connections with customers
- Demonstrate expert artistry skills and promote our products to customers
- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment
- Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience

- Follow company grooming standards
Requirements:
- Ideally, an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
- Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs
- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and products
