We are seeking a Premier Executive to join our team in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

As a Premier Executive, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to assigned clients in the ONE and Premier segments, meeting their daily financial needs, and offering personalized advice to satisfy their short, medium, and long-term financial requirements.

Your main objectives will be:

  • To manage a growing portfolio, ensuring timely retention and minimizing risks and impact from client departures.
  • To grow and diversify the product portfolio (investment, protection, credit, and capture) with the support of business units and specialists, contributing positively to NPS and branch objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or a related field, completed or titled.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or attention.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Experience in retail banking, wealth management, portfolio management, or consultative sales, ideally 2-5+ years (adjustable).
  • AMIB 1.5 AFI certification (Investment Fund Advisor) in force (or availability to process according to the needs of the position).
  • Knowledge of external markets and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Financial Mathematics.
  • Operational systems and branch procedures.
  • Knowledge of Premier products: investments (funds, promissory notes/deposits, and/or structured as applicable), insurance, credit, and capture.
  • Knowledge of risk profiling, suitability, and advisory documentation.
  • Knowledge and compliance with KYC/AML, data privacy, and fraud prevention.
  • Basic English (conversational).
  • Handling of Microsoft Office package.
  • Portfolio management and end-to-end follow-up of cases/requests.
  • Passion for sales and focus on solutions.
