Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to operate, monitor, and maintain critical electrical systems, including HV/LV switchgear, UPS, generators, and more. The successful candidate will execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize system uptime and redundancy, respond swiftly to electrical faults and alarms, and support commissioning upgrades and CAPEX projects.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain critical electrical systems
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Respond swiftly to electrical faults and alarms
• Support commissioning upgrades and CAPEX projects
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, statutory regulations, and operational SLAs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy use and support sustainability goals

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data centre or critical facility electrical systems
• REW B0/C0 is required
• In-depth knowledge of UPS, backup generators, switchgear, and power distribution architectures
• Facility with BMS/DCIM tools and electrical safety standards
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a high-availability environment
