Job Summary: As Safety and Compliance Manager Operations at The Flying Bulls, you will work closely with the Safety and Compliance Manager Technical Departments and Flight Operations teams. Your responsibilities include managing the Compliance Monitoring System and Safety Management System to ensure the highest safety standards in flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance monitoring through audits, risk assessments, and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Lead the implementation and continuous development of the Safety Management System (SMS) according to EASA regulations.
- Manage risk management, reporting systems, safety analyses, and promote a positive safety culture.
- Collaborate with the Flight Operations Department on safety and compliance monitoring programs.
Requirements:
- Completed studies or comparable experience in Flight Safety, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a suitable position within the aviation industry.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in auditing, risk management, and safety investigation methods.
- In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations and national laws.
- Training in compliance monitoring, manuals, procedures, audit techniques, and reporting processes.
- Excellent MS-Office and computer skills.
