Description

Join Electronic Arts' communications team in Madrid as an Associate Communications Specialist. You will report to the Senior Communications Specialist and create visual and written content for EA teams and player communities.

The Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team is part of EA's development process, providing actionable insights to optimise software performance and elevate gameplay.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce playtest emails, panel messages, community updates, and localisation-ready versions for players
  • Create newsletters, leadership presentations, and channel content
  • Use generative AI to create and refine content, and build templates and prompt libraries
  • Bring fresh ideas to open briefs and share progress

Requirements:

  • Portfolio showcasing presentations, layouts, player-facing work, video, or motion
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI in creative production
  • Adapt voice and tone for players, leadership, and EA teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent, plus video and motion tools
  • Genuine interest in games and their communities

Education:

  • Degree or equivalent practical experience in Communications, Media, Design, Audiovisual Communication, or a related creative field
