Physical Therapist - Home Health - PRN

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients affected by injury or disease
• Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards
• Document client information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans
• Educate clients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises
• Demonstrate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients

Requirements:

• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
• Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required or within the first 60 days of employment

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $37.50 - $62.00
• May require on-call, weekend coverage, and travel between locations
